This is reminding me a lot about day-to-day life in New Zealand right now.

Really depressing game, but the art style is cute and message is powerful.
I used choices that played it safe (don't buy a snack), opportunistic (taking $10 from grandma), honest (telling friends i couldn't go) but also bought joy (being shouted food by friends) without spending money.

These are the choices I have to make every day here and it's hard out there.

Would be interested to see an expansion of the game with more choices about what you do or do not do also
I'm not sure what the job pipeline looks like in Chile but it is unfortunately a shitshow everywhere and just trying to die slowly until promotions and raises help you. It's a lot of years of sacrificing and the bare minimum.
Obviously even with the minimum it's not surviveable, but I wonder how a qualified worker goes so many years without any movement?

Sucks that so much time is wasted scrolling social media or forced to buy food that is fast but not filling or cost efficient. It would be really gratifying, even despite the sacrifices, if we were able to leave our little character in a slightly better state than when we found him - he has good friends and family too, a few more pounds to help (£) from Granny or covered bill from a friend
Know there's many people who don't have such support nets and it looks even bleaker for them - above all, respect, treasure and honour the help you are offered and the sacrifices others are willing to make for you

*Ps, once you can afford to pay off your debt, you should do so. Every little bit paid off is more money saved for next month. Keep a little bit of savings for emergency (not leisure!) and drill that debt into the ground. You'll be okay
